When this article was written (29th December) he was already in Doha practicing. Seems that he feels good although he was a bit ill for one week during the off-season break. After Australian Open he will probably play in Zagreb, then Davis Cup in Egypt, then tourneys in the USA. One of his goals is playing in Olympic Games.
His sister Laura was training in Spain...
